The new MECO MMRO III marine reverse osmosis plant provides 48 cubic meters per day of potable water from a raw seawater sourceand is upgradeable to 64 cubic meters per day. The plant draws 22KW of power and is complete with pretreatment packaged within the frame including multimedia filters, cartridge filters and chemical injection systems. The plant utilizes a positive displacement pump constructed of ceramic and super duplex stainless steel. Reverse Osmosis membranes are spiral wound thin film composite.
