MECO utilizes a variety of tools to schedule projects. This includes Microsoft Projects to create Top Level Project Schedules, the Data Works ManFact ERP System to schedule all materials and the start/completion dates of all components, and Excel spreadsheets to allocate Production personnel to projects each day.
