The Materials Management department is responsible for the following Project Team functions:

  • Review material certification requirements associated with the project.


  • Ensuring key program contractual details and specifications are provided to sub-contractors and suppliers.


  • Interface with the Engineering department during the process of selecting components.


  • Expedite any materials that could impact the schedule.


  • Communicate potential material delivery problems as they may arise to Project Management.


  • Deliver materials to Production personnel in accordance with the Project Schedule.
